type s with base model oil pan.

I replaced my oil pan , but the mechanic put a TL base model oil pan on my car . I was wondering if that would hurt my car in the long run ? Or am I losing any horse power ? The car drives fine and there is no oil lights on or anything .

I'm not sure, but I think the oil pan is from a first gen TL , or it might be from a 99 TL , because it looks kind of old and its not smooth like the original oil pan. What would happen if there is a different oil pick up ?
