I need some help from everyone that has knowledge with turbocharging especially on our cl's. I have purchased a kit but I cant help but feel like I still have alot of loose ends to tie up. So far my parts list goes as follows:

turbo manifold with 2 1/2 piping
t3/t4 turbo .48 turbine side .50 compressor side (I know its small, just playin it safe)
intercooler with 2 1/2 piping
aem f/ic unit 30-1910
aem wideband system
aem methanol kit(cooler intake temperatures)
vacuum box(for bov, boost gauge, etc.)
hks bov
off brand wastegate with hks 6.5psi spring
walbro 255lph high pressure fuel pump
boost gauge
oil feed line
oil return line-I dont know what size to run-HELP
oil filter sandwich plate(will this create pressure so i cannot use it as a return adaptor for my line??? someone verify please.......
zex turbo spark plugs

and probably a few minor things. Oh and I had the clutch and flywheel replaced and timing belt and water pump will be done on tuesday. Do you think I need to upgrade injectors for a setup of 350whp. Also does anyone have a solution for the oil return line other than tapping my oil pan. I really dont want to drill it if i dont have to. PLEASE HELP WITH YOUR KNOWLEDGE! YOU GUYS HAVNT STEERED ME WRONG YET! I TRUST YALL MORE THAN MY MECHANIC!!!!! which is terrible lol

 

I use rc 440s for 350whp. But you can use the RDX injectors which are 410cc, rajca made a diy.

 

do you have a link for the rc 440? I went to their website but It was hard to navigate throught to find injectors for my car.

 

I pm rajca but he said he ended up not using the rdx. Im waiting on a reply on why not. I thought i read that he was having issues with them though. So i wanted to stay away from them if possible.
