I just did this service on my CLS this weekend. I bought a kit from a vendor on this site. $299 shipped... It came with:

14400-P8A-A02 timing belt
14520-P8E-A01 adjuster
14510-PGE-A01 adjuster
19200-P8A-A02 water pump
56992-P8A-A01 belt
38920-P8C-A02 belt

I also bought the idler pulley and oring for 30 bucks to complete the job.

14550-PGE-A01 idler pulley
91302-GE0-000 O-ring for oil dipstick

I didn't do crankshaft or camshaft seals by my own choice. I just inspected them. Valve cover gaskets and spark plug seals are for the valve clearance service which i am doing this weekend with a new thermostat an EGR valve.

12341-P8A-A00 valve cover gasket
12342-RYE-004 spark plug seals

Parts were 25-30% cheaper than my dealer, no tax, and I got my parts in two days coast to coast. Prestige Acura (vendor here) Kaleb(parts). These are dealer parts so you they'll fit.

I saved about 600 bucks from what my dealer wanted to charge and I know everything has been cleaned/torqued properly. IMO I would be wary of any TB kit that cost a 150 bucks for this car.
