If it is just the #9 steering switch, it just looks like you have to find and disconnect the red circled connector at the fuse box & remove the switch from the end of the housing.
I presume one would have to remove the upper & lower plastic covers, over the steering column, to get at the rear of the switch body.
If it is the steering lock mechanism, the replacement appears to be a little more involved as depicted below:
