When i turn the steering wheel i get a squeaking noise, any ideas??

 

Does that only happen when it is cold out? I noticed on my former Civic and on my CL that when the car is really cold in the morning the steering creaks for a few minutes and once the car warms up it goes away...if that isn't the case then I don't know.
