But ofcourse if you added mods it has to be tune again...Unfortunely in my case I have a different cable port on my laptop and i don't have the upgraded version of the Greedy E-manage that's why i went to the tuner...

Already answered in your thread. It's the voltage clamp. It's either improperly installed or not set to the correct voltage.
