while driving the side airbags light comes on and dissapears in couple seconds. anyone had that before???


also, when i reach 100miles per hour my check engine light starts blinking...whats that?

 

I've learned to deal with the SIDE AIRBAG OFF light coming on and going off now and then, even when the seat is empty. With 7 sensors, it's bound to happen. As long as it doesn't come on and stay on with an empty seat, you're okay. It should and will come on when you have a passenger that is out of position.

The CEL flashing at 100mph is probably due to a misfire.. maybe you have a bad coilpack(s). Do not continue to drive with a flashing CEL... the flashing means the computer cannot compensate and engine damage may occur.
