Exclamation comptech sways installation

Hi all,
I am in the process of installing my newly purchased ct sway bars. I did not run into any problem with the front installation. No problem unbolt the top self-locking nuts off the stabilizer link. It took me well under 30 minutes to do the front. HOWEVER, I am moving the rear, and I've been stuck on unbolting the flange nuts (nuts locate at the bottom of stabilizer link) off the stabilizer link for the past 2~3 houors. I carefully read the service manual, and for some reason, the nuts on the top of the stabilizer link are called "self-locking nut" while the bottom ones are called "flange nuts"... They look the same to me, and I am wondering if you unbolt the bottom ones the same way you do for the top?

I tried hard, still can't get those bottom nuts off, I have let liquid wrench sits for the entire night and morning. I also try the other rear side, and it's doing the same thing to me, it wouldn't come off either.

Are the bottom nuts just harder to come off or what? Please advise. Thank you all.

ps: I searched, couldnt find anything...

I had the same problem, but with the front sway. I just took it to a shop.

phipark,
so you were able to loosen up the bottom nuts on the rear stabilizer link, you just insert the hex key and unscrew it with a wrench?

That's what I did. Both front and rear at the sway bar come off the same. I also used a breaker bar to loosen the nuts, about 1/4 turn just to break it free of he rust. Make sure the hex key is in all the way or you'll strip the hole.

Right, my front ones just didn't want to budge though.

trunk lip

Where can you order the trunk lip for a '01 CL. I do not like the fins. Also, I am looking for the headlight eyebrow kit. The look is killer.
