My select button on the dash that controls the screen on the cluster light went out. Is it easy to replace?

 

maybe ask brian6speed or richardparker, saw both had threads about removing the dash (not sure if required for your needs) and I'm sure one of them can give you some advice.

 

I'm sure there are DIYs out there to change get behind the dash but it's basically two screws on top of the gauges and then start pulling at the corners of that large plastic piece.

 

yeah I was thinking that, but i don't want to pull too hard and crack the plastic piece I guess Ill just live with not seeing the select button at night. lol I know where it is lol Thanks guys

 

Do a search if you really want to do it. I've taken mine apart several times without problems.

Im in San Francisco, but currently go to school in San Luis Obispo. I see that you are in Sac, so that a good distance. Do you or anyone know if it a bulb I can replace or the whole select and reset button unit? I've seen it as a whole unit. Thanks

 

There is just a bulb. Go to acuraoemparts.com and look it up. Its very easy to pop off the dash and just replace the bulb on any of the buttons.
