rusty rotor bolts

rusty rotor bolts

im trying to do my brakes today and i cant get the bolts holding the disc to the car off because the rust is so bad, i tryed wd40 and wrench, nothing has worked so far, any ideas would be greatly apprecated. thx guys

Get an impact driver, that's what i used on mine.

im just ganna drill them out, thats what i did with my last car and i didn't have any problems

drill them out. use a 5/16 or 3/8 drill bit. that way u will have enough of the thread sticking out that u can take some vise grips and unscrew the bolts

That works best.

You can drill them out. On my Civic I ran without those screws entirely.
