Rear wheel on drivers side locked, help!!

I got my car around 3 years ago and no similar problems up until now. When I start to drive it feels like the parking brake is engaged even though it is not, I recently got the wheel bearing and brake caliper for that wheel replaced because I had thought it was the caliper that was the problem but it is happening again. For some background the car had its brakes replaced in the summer and had no problems. I can drive in reverse but not forward without the wheel locking up after like 10-15 feet of driving. It will drive normally after around 15 minutes of driving back and forth. When I do drive back and forth it sounds like something is getting locked and a clunk sound happens when I go forward, when I go backward after the sound, it sounds like whatever it is goes away but when I go forward again the same thing happens. I pulled the ABS fuse in case it is an ABS problem. Any help is appreciated thanks!

Take the car back to whomever replaced the rear caliper and bearing for said rear wheel. Have them examine if the caliper is functioning properly, then have them assess if the hub containing the wheel bearing is also functioning correctly, then remove the rear brake disc and check to see if the rear parking brake shoes are in place and functioning correctly. It may be as simple as an 'adjustment' to the parking brake(s) or as involved as replacing the caliper and/or bearing again if they have been damaged by repeated '...15 minutes of driving back and forth' occurances. , hopefully not.

Good Luck!
