I think its under the passenger side dash but when I looked I couldn't see anything that looked close to a fuse box or anything that looked like a fuse at all

 

Are you looking for the fuse box itself? When you open the doors you'll see theres a plastic piece on the end of the dash with FUSE written on it. Pull it off. The fuse box is under it.

Anyone know which fuse is for the power outlet? I assume its the same as the radio, since neither is working for me now...I looked on the drivers side panel and don't see one labeled with either power outlet or radio.
