It is stuck where it is. If I try to move it forwards or backwards I can feel only the left track pushing/pulling. If I had to take a guess it came off the track on the right side. How do I go about fixing this? It is electric, in case this was an option for this car. I am very new to the community so I have no knowledge of these cars.

 

I would remove the seat from car to get closer look.

 

one on my tl did this and when I unbolted the seat there war a cable that looked similar to a speedo cable had come loose on one side I bet that is your problem

 

Yup that's exactly what happened after some looking around behind the plastic pieces. It wasn't easy to get back into place so not sure how it came undone, but It works perfectly fine now.
