Parking lot/corner/dash lights problem
Hello, I have a 2003 CL, type S, 6 speed
After the car sat for about 12 days, my corner/parking lights are out. When I unlock or lock the car, the lights do not blink. Also, when I switch the light stock to the parking light position (1st), nothing happens. My corner lights don't turn on(rear taillights and front little yellow lights), and even my dashboard lights do not light up. My HID's do work when I switch to the 2nd position, but only they work and nothing else. Any thoughts??
I replaced the 2 rear fail light bulbs that have the double filaments inside. Both had only 1 working filament, and still same problem. The front corner lights work when power is applied to them, so it shouldn't be the bulbs.
I have read about a small lights fuse, but that was for another car which had that fuse in the engine bay. Here, it's in the passenger door fusebox, and by the looks of it, it's not blown. I even changed it, and still nothing.

Burning Brakes
Have never had the problem myself, but a quick look at the service manual and it looks like it could be a few things: taillight relay, light switch or mutliplex control unit. I would check them in that order. as each requires more work than the last.

I believe the small lights fuse should be under the steering wheel fuse box, not the passenger.
according to this youtube i believe it's #9 under the steering wheel. It's definitely a fuse.

Do you happen to know where the tailight relay and multiplex control unit are? I could try energizing the relay, but how would you test the multiplex? Sorry, I don't have a service manual

So, I checked the tailight relay, changed the driver's side multiplex unit, and continuity checked the combination switch which checked out good. Still have the same problem. I might try to swap the combination switch just in case.
I also remember that my instrument cluster blacklights were dying because it was pretty dim in one spot, not sure that it would be the cause. Any ideas?
