I replaced burnt clock light last week and everything worked fine. All of sudden I find that all climate control button's illumination is gone.

Did any of the wiring connectors come off which is very less likely due to good locking for each connector.

Climate control works fine and lights up when I press auto.

I cannot think of all bulbs burnt at same time
