New tie rod?

I have a small yet noticeable clunk that I can feel in the steering wheel under turning. It does it when turning either direction. I noticed it under low speeds but can also feel it when doing multiple lane changes I flick the steering wheel. I'm thinking its a tie rod but not sure if it would be the inner or outer tie rod or another component. Any suggestions? Thanks

Tie rods are so cheap that you should just replace them all.

Check your steering rack as well.

I have a terrible clunk not only under turning but all driving conditions. My outer tie-rods are shot so I am going to start with those. I went with Moog outers. See if that is the only steering component thats needs to be replaced.

Yeah my buddy has access to a lift at his college(auto program) I'm going to have him take it take a look at it and see if its the rack or the tire rods. Its super light and almost unnoticeable but I'd rather fix it before it gets worse.
