Need Major Help, no power past 2000 RPM

I have a 01 Cl type S, it starts fine, but it doesnt have any power past 2000 rpm, It basically hesisates and doesnt go past 10 mph now. What could it probably be?

Sounds like it's not breathing; nasty air filter or plugged cat perhaps.

yea, my check engine light is on. My oxygen sensor after cat converter, and something about lean fuel effieciency.
