Navigation Code Doesn't Work anymore
I had my car tinted and when I started the car up my Navi was asking for the code. I punched the code in and "INCORRECT PIN" was the response I got. Has anyone had this problem? Do I now need to take it to the dealer to have this problem sorted? Thanks in advance.

yesterday I got frustrated and decided to start guessing...0000 and it was working. I am going to see if I can change the pin to the previous number.

What most likely happened is the "Tint Guys" tried fixing it themselves and entered the wrong code too many times once you enter the wrong code 3 times it locks you out. Resetting the radio/navi you will have to disconnect the battery and wait 5-10 minutes.reconnect the battery and you should be good to go. This time just make sure the correct code is entered. If you dont have your codes Acura Client Services can help you with that. 1-800-382-2238. Hope this Helps

I disconnected my battery for about an hour...just for good measure. I reconnected the battery, started the car and it still asks for the code. I entered the factory code and it didn't work "INCORRECT CODE". I entered "0000" and it took it and worked like normal except I had to reconfigure where I was on the map. I turned off the car and turned it back on and I still was prompted for the code.
Also I tried changing the Personal Pin to see if that had something to do with it. It doesn't changing the personal pin doesn't affect the code.
