Went to the dealership and they wanted to charge 109 for a diagnosis. Even if there is nothing wrong they are still charging me for that which is horsedung. The light came on after I got gas so I feel its a simple computer trip. The guys at the dealer said only the module and circuit is covered by the warranty and I dont wanna get screwed. My friend used his OBD2 to check for codes and nothing came up, so we are stumped. Can anyone give me advice on what to do?

 

go to a different acura dealership. i went to orange park acura when my srs light came on a few months ago and they tried to charge me $100 just like you. i was like f that and went to duval acura and they couldnt believe the other acura tried to charge me. they fixed the srs for FREE!
