Moisture in a headlight assembly

Hello.
I have a 2001 CL-P which has 135k on it. I found out moisture in the headlight assembly of driver's side. How to fix the problem other than replace the entire unit?

Thanks.

I have the same problems with both sides and Im thinking of baking them in the oven diassemble them, move the damn moisture with some products of cleaning headlight part, and put them back together with nice silicone all the edges to prevent the moisture. This is the better idea then buying another headlight for 300 bucks(normally). If I burn the headlight and melt them? well, then now is the time to get the new headlight :p better try lol

I don't have any problem with the headlight other than moistures. Have you ovened the headlight? I've heard that method but it sounds like advanture. I would like to the exact process.

Check the seals on the ballast, the HID bulb cover and the seal around the high beam.

leave your highs on while driving..it will get hot and dry them out. or take the bulb out (careful to not touch it) and use a hair dryer/heat gun on the front of the headlight and they will dry out. then check to make sure all the seals are good on your bulbs (and that they are twisted all the way in)

I have "baked" several headlight assemblies... 325 degrees for about 3-5 minutes is all it takes. WEAR GLOVES and be sure not destroy the tabs that hold the lens to the housing. Several people bend them with the plastic being very hot and they stay that way or will snap when they cool down.

I do not recommend driving around with high beams on just to dry out the housing.
What I do is take the high beam bulb out and then drive around. It will dry out after a few days from the heat of the engine.
