Memory Seats

So I got my car back from the shop today and my memory seats doesn't work anymore. Basically when I click on any of the buttons (memory <~~i think its the red one, "1", or "2") nothing happens. Even when I turn on the car, it doesn't light up.

Can someone help me out please? Otherwise I might have to bring it to the dealer and have them take a look at it if i'm still under warranty

if they had to disconnect the battery it would have reset them.
just program them again.

thats the thing, the work was only cosmetic. Everything else on the door works BUT that. When I started up the car, it worked for like 2 seconds and gone
