Issues turning car on
Hi I have a 2001 Acura CL-P and ever since the "cold" weather started hitting, I've had a problem. This problem has only happened twice but I feel like it'll happen more.
Basically I'll go unlock the car, get in the car, then try turning it on. No cranking, nothing. So I get out of the car and the battery is properly connected, then I unlock the car and the lights go on and all that. Then I try turning on the car again and it works perfectly fine. Is this a battery issue?

Are the terminals on the battery corroded? How old is the battery? if you have another battery to swap and try from trouble shooting purposes that might give you an answer on the battery condition..

I would say test the main relay. It is a common issue that acts up in cold weather. I had this issue a few months back. My car would crank but not start.
Yours sounds a lil different than mine tho. If it won't crank at all I'd say test the starter.
Check battery voltage.
You just gotta start with something and test everything possible till you find issue.

Burning Brakes
I think the OP lives in Bulgaria and's trying to get an RLX SH to drive there. There are no dealership or support for RLX where he lives. That is why he's inquiring about car driving without the hybrid battery if it goes bad.
