i just replaced my oem head lights new every thing from a vender on here now my driver side headlight went out agin and the fuses keeps blowing and my high beams are on but when i turn them on the driver side goes out they are dim until i turn them on any one have this problem and is it just a bad relay or the ballast gone bad agin

just bought a new ballast for 20 bucks from place near me already replaced relays and fuses. hopefully this works.
