Exclamation hid grounding issue?

alright so i have an 03 CL S and the other day my passenger headlight starting flickering, so to figure out the problem i took out my TL S passenger light with aftermarket hid kit on there and installed them on the CL. well i got no power to the low beam on passenger side but driver side works perfectly. and then i hooked the old factory balast back on to see if was gettin power and the same flickering occured... therefore i definitely had power running through the line. Could this be a grounding problem on the passenger side? if so, how would i go about to find the issue? any help is much appreciated.

Sometimes it is an oxidation on 20a fuses. There is a separate fuse for each side. Get new fuses and put them in and out few times. These are located in the long box by pass side firewall

Heres an update... I took it to a mechanic had him test everything for power.. Im getting power all the way up to the light socket but when I cut the headlights on, passenger side low beam or highbeam still wont turn on. And then I lose power running to pass. headlight. Im gonna try switchin the fuse but the mechanic checked fuses and they were still reading good but ill give it a try. He also said it could be a short circuit somewhere. PLEASE HELP! Thanks.

Okay headlight fixed after a day of tearing apart cl and tl for hids, factory hid was still good... It was a fuse not a grounding issue. Replaced fuse and got all power back to the pass. light.
