Help with Reading lights

Hello all,

I tried searching but could not find any information on the reading lights. I noticed that my reading lights would not turn on. Has anyone taken the unit off or know how to check/change out the bulbs? Thanks.

Use a small scew driver to pry of the clear lens to access the bulbs.

There are 4 scews holding the unit to the car. 2 under the clear lens and 2 in the sun glasses holder. You can access them by lowering the holder.

I finally was able to work on this issue, and was surprised at what the issue was. When I took the panel down, found that the 2 'posts' that hold the electrical panel in place when you press the light button broke. So, when you pressed the light button, it just moved the electrical panel up. What I did to fix the issue, I glued the 'posts' in place, then put a rubber washer on top of each one. The washers, when you put the main panel back up, would take up the space between the 'posts' and the roof. By doing this, if the glue didn't hold, the washers would hold the electrical panel in place when you press the light buttons. Works great!!
