Head unit install audio issues

thanks for checking this out hopefully someone can help me. I have a 2002 cl s with the Bose and navigation I recently installed a new head unit (clarion cx505) and aftermarket amp and sub. I used a wiring harness that's supposed to integrate the factory amp the issue I am having is when listen to the radio using the am/ fm tuner no issues sound all around. But use with any other source auxiliary,Bluetooth or USB I don't have any sound coming from the factory speakers only the sub in the the trunk. I'm thinking maybe the head unit is bad but I thought I'll see if you guys heard of anything like this or any info that can help thanks

Factory harness to the after market harness the wiring is wrong cause you get sound out of the sub which is amp to rcas. Also try a cd see what happens.
