Front rotor change question.....

Does anyone know if the axle nut must be removed to remove the front rotor? Or is it just removing the caliber assembly? Also, What would be the best buy on replacing the rotors?
Thanks !

No, you don't have to remove the axle nut. Its so simple, 5 lug nuts, and the 2 caliper housing bolts. Don't forget to remove the small 10mm brake line bolt or else you will be limited with space when taking off the caliper.

A good replacement is anything but the OEM rotors. It all depends on your price point.

You'll also need to take off the bracket to take off the rotor..

pits200, whats the 10mm brake line bolt? I don't recall taking that off..

Its been awhile since I have done it, but I think I recall taking off the brake line that is bolted up to the spindle arm???

I can't exactly remember, but I think you need to take it off so you have room to move the entire bracket around.
