Dirty Injectors/Carbon Buildup?

I went to the acura dealership today and the guy who did my service told me that my car feels "sluggish" and that he believes that there is carbon buildup in my injectors. He said they could clean them for $110, but I didn't accept the offer.
I never noticed my car to be "sluggish", but after my visit to the dealership today, i keep thinking maybe it DOES feel a tad sluggish (iduno if this is just some psychological thing or something..maybe i'm just paranoid about it now? lol).

I was wondering if there is any way I could clean the injectors myself, in a fairly easy way. I've never done engine work or anything, so if it requires dismantling the engine...then I may have to end up paying them to do it, though that's a last resort.

I searched, and one of the posts said

I googled it, and got this , though i'm not sure if that's the right thing or not. A $5 thing that does the same thing as a $110 charge from the acura dealership?

Anyway, if that IS the correct thing that I need, I just put it in my gas tank along with the gas, and I'm set?
Also, if theres any recommended brand or product to use, what is it?

If I'm completely wrong...then, can someone point me in the right direction?

seafoam seafoam seafoam...

Get yourself 2 bottles, put half in the gas tank, half with your oil, then run
a bottle through your intake vacuum. Then report back, I am certain your
car will feel alot better. Did it myself, car felt great.

beware that if you put seafoam in your oil, it must be change an 1 hour afterward, its not meant to be a oil treatment but as a cleaner/ flush.
easy way to run seafoam threw the intake vaccum is to disconnect the vaccum line from your brake booster to the intake manifold, keep the line connected to the intake manifold and have it suck up the seafoam very slowly, too much will make the engine stall. tons of smoking is normal. its easier to have it done with 2 people, one keeping the engine sucking up the seafoam, one inside the car maintaining the throttle so it dosent stall.
