so after cracking oil pan #2 im having a shallow pan made. i local shop quoted me $150-200 for the work (i have a brand new OEM pan ready to be modified), including tapping a new oil pan plug. so this afternoon got to work to removing the pan. i got all 18 bolts removed. tomorrow ill remove the J pipe to get the pan down. ill take pics of the before and after of the work

They are much lower than 2". Not worth it imo. You end up scraping bumper, subframe, exhaust, and frame rails constantly. So car drives awful, handles much worse, and gets damaged more every time you drive.

don't forget cracked oil pans, right, car is completely ruined, rides like crap so uncomfortable I hate it, stresses me out, can't take it anywhere unless I know the roads

but no better feeling than driving around breaking necks and staring at a parked static FWD mean looking beauty that looks aired out, tucking aggressive lips on deep dish 10.5" wheels with low offset...knowing you're the ONLY one around your city that's crazy enough to put in the work to achieve the look only few or none have to this platform car...

No one cares about your negative opinions. Save your energy.

Cool idea guys. Great for those with low sitting oil pans.
