So when i bought my car a few months ago the weather stripping on the moonroof was dirty so I cleaned it and then instantly found the squeaking noise with the sunroof. So today I went out and bought marine grease and just put the thinnest layer on the paint where it meets the seal and voila NO MORE SQUEAK EVER!!!! it's amazing.

For anyone who had my problem and can't fix it i hope this helps.

a lot of things would have worked. like silicone grease. i used talc (baby powder).
