Clock Light out

My clock backlight is out so i have to look at my cell phone at night to see what time it is. How easy is it to replace the bulb?

Its easier then you think. I saved the instructions on my browser in times like this. I bought my CL without the clock light working and I didnt want to pay over $100 for the dealership to do it.

The bulb will cost you ~$7. Follow these instructions to take off your dash. All the plugs behind it are color coded and different sizes so its impossible to mess it up.

This just saved me now if only I can find some inexpensive 95 legend calipers to replace the crappy single piston stock ones.

I just did mine too. The bulb was like $4.

However, the most difficult part I found was to remove the top of the steering column cover. Watch those tiny plastic clips. There are 2 at the front (part closest to driver, behind the hub of the steering wheel) which I somehow managed to break when I pulled on the cover sideways.

Even something as simple as a little clock light improves the drive experience!
