I think it is my vavles making a clicking noise from my engine i went to look up specs but couldnt find anything for it i want know how to adjust them? or what should i do?

It's more than likely the purge control solenoid. It's prone to making a ticking sound that sounds like valve tap. It under the hood, by the driver's side shock tower.

 

Then what should i do? should i tighten the purge solenoid?

Just replace the solenoid (assuming that is the noise you hear). It's part #1. I think it's like $50.

 

Does the purge valve solenoid "ticking" sound occur while driving (ie hitting bumps) or while at rest? I'm asking because my newly purchased '01 CL-S is making a ticking noise when I'm on the highway, but goes away at rest.

 

Not sure the only time I notice mine is when the car is parked and the hood is popped.
