Can any one tell me what is this Valve TCS control Do? and also is this thing always stay open? and does any one have any 03 CL-s when the engine running there is a Humming noise come from the "Valve TCS control? please help.... http://www.acuraoemparts.com/delray/...All&vinsrch=no

 

it does close when you start loosing traction (TCS traction control system) by closing this butterfly valve it reduces its power

 

ok so it stay open always? and this yours make a humming noise too?
