CL-S Manual tranny questions

I'm getting ready to upgrade to a stage 2 clutch.
Is the clutch hydraulic or cable?
can someone point me in the direction of a website to order tranny parts?

Unless your running some major power I'd stick to stock.

On;y reason I ask, is because it goes into 1st fine. Just hard to shift into other gears. So i'm thinkign the clutch isn;t fully disengaging. Which would be either I need a new clutch & or new hydros. So i figure while in rome fix both.

Do a fluid change first. Check the clutch fluid reservoir too. To make sure the clutch is holding, put it into fourth at about 25-30mph and floor it. If it gains speed in relation to the RPMs its not the clutch.
