2003 Acura cl Rear window Defogger Doesnt Work

Hey I have a 2003 acura cl type S without navi that i recently purchase and the rear window defogger is not working. When I depress the rear window defogger switch it illuminates stays on for about 25 min then shuts off as the manual states. However, it does not defog the rear window. Is there any particular test that I can perform to locate the root cause of the malfunction? Does anyone have a detail schematic of the defogger circuitry and parts involve in its' functioning so that I can individually test each component. Wheres the wire that brings current to rear defogger hidden at?
All the electrical conducted painted lines seems to be intact. The previous owner state he had to remove the back console to tint the back glass but he also state that it was working afterwards. So I suspected a wire may be disconnected.....ANY HELP / SUGGESTION WOULD BE GREATLY WELCOMED AND APPRECIATED

PS
Where I live the car tends to fog easily so you can imagine my frustration.

There is a relay that could possibly be blown. When you hit the button, do you here a click from the dash area? If not, pick up a service manual and test the contacts on the window with a multimeter.

Well the only click that I hear is the actual defogger switch clicking when it is being turned on. Other than that no clicks. Besides do I have to remove the tints to test the connections??

Not, the connectors are raised off the window on the side.

If you dont hear a click, Im thinking the relay is bad. Mine clicks whenever I turn it on.

I don't remember, but when I took my rear deck out I thought there was a electrical connector that connects to the leads from the defroster at the bottom of the rear window. If it's there maybe it's unplugged?

Well does anyone have schematics for the 2003 acura cl defogger setup. If you can point me in the right direction that would be awesome.

Is the rear window tinted? If so that's where I'd start. I bet a razor cut through a connection on the window.
