How do I mount my drivers side floor mat holder to the floorboard? It seems like the subframe is right where a nut would go to secure it down.

 

#23; Screw, Tapping (5X16) passes through #8; (discontinued) Carpet Holder and securely screws into #14; Grommet, Screw (5MM), which is black plastic and pressed into the metal floor.

Thanks for your response. I used something similar to a plastic drywall screw anchor which seems to not pull out unless you really put a lot of pressure on it. That was really a bonehead moment to not figure it out by just looking in my can of screws etc.
