Burnt smell when i turn on defrost or heater. But goes away shortly in my 2001 cl help plz.

 

I am getting a lil weird smell from the heater in my 16 ilx, its like a light burnt smell, comes and goes, it is very annoying and embarrassing when my passengers ask me "do you smell that?" Hopefully it will go away later on.

 

Check the blower motor connector/wire, it may be burning up or burnt already.
