In June of 02 I purchased a new 03 CL Type S. I have put over 266,000 miles on it and it is running strong. Honda has replaced their crappy transmission twice and I had it rebuilt a year ago. Now suddenly my brakes will come on. I can be traveling at highway speeds or be driving through a parking lot. Last week I had the calipers and pads replaced and the rotors turned and it still occurs. My mechanic is stumped. There are no lights lit so I don't think it is the anti-lock brakes or stability systems. Now we're thinking Master Cylinder but are not sure. Has anybody else experienced this or have ideas?
