Today saw something hanging from my new CLs... Looks like some weight balancing thing for the front of my bummper but it rusted off and now it's hanging... Just wanna know if it's important or not. Has two heavy blocks and a bar going across between two of those blocks only reaches the length of the grill

 

 

 

take it off. it's a vibration dampner or something. It weighs like 7lbs. Took mine off for some weight savings!
