I can't figure out how to adjust Comptech's fuel pressure regulator. These are the directions I was given by someone else.

You need to loosen the nut with a box wrench then turn the adjustment with an Allen wrench while you have the box wrench on the nut..... After you adjust it, tighten the nut back down while holding the Allen wrench in place.

Can someone help with their expertise. Also it would be helpful if someone could mark up the photo below so I can get a visual of the nuts and bolts that needs to be adjusted.
