I have a stock '91 Integra GS and periodically have a sound coming from the passenger side of the engine compartment that I would best describe as loud "cricket" like sound. It can be timed perfectly (about 6 seconds long, and about 15 seconds between acting up), and at night with the lights on there seems to be a current draw when this sound happens and you can see everything dim for a brief moment. And on top of that the brakes; sometimes when I step on the brakes I can feel a strong pulsing, like the ABS system is kicking in and the car wants to pull to one side or the other. Are these two issues related? and does anyone know of fixes?
