My CLP has almost been 140k on it, so I decide to fill the new AFT up. I have read a couple of DIY: AFT change. There are very good explaination about how to do it.

However for the 3x3 method, the interval among 1st, 2nd, and 3rd procedure is varied. Someone said that "Drive a couple miles by using each gear and then go to next step, give a week interval, or when next oil change.

Which advice should I take for the best result?

Drive it around the block in between each drain and fill, make sure you engage all gears.
