2001 CL-S fog lights

When I turn on my normal lights, my fog lights don't turn on. I've looked around but there doesn't seem to be any other switch to activate them. Any clue to what might be wrong with them or the cause to why they wont turn on?

Side note: the last 2 times I've filled up on gas when the pump clicks off full gas has spilled out from the tank, any idea what that might be too?

I'm not sure of the process involved with installing them or converting your car to have them, but this thread might help out:

Did your car originally have them? If not, are they even plugged in? I personally prefer the fake vents, because I turn one of them into a real vent and have my intake piping facing directly towards the inlet. Faster I go, more air gets pushed in. That's the idea anyways.

As for the gas, any noticeable leaks anywhere? Need to find where it's spilling out from.

I believe they do come with fogs, they have the little clear panel lights under the headlights near the bottom lip which I believe are them, also on the most recent fillup it was fine I just held the pump in more, it was spilling out from the tank itself but seems to be ok now.

Both bulbs are burned out, and that gas nozzle is defective. Was there anything else?

I believe it was an issue with the placement of the pump bc it hasn't happened again since I've been making sure to line it up and take notice, ill have the bulbs checked out, but a new issue is that when putting in new wiper fluid after it wouldn't squirt any out, the same issue was happening and it wouldn't squirt, just dribble. it then appeared to fully drain all in my engine bay out of both the reservoir and nozzles, continuously dripping and soaking my hood liner, engine bay, and internals. This was after just refilling and testing, hadn't even driven the car.

Try using a safety pin to clear any clogs at the nozzles. Might have to replace the lines if they've split...

I remember my first car: it didn't even have an electrical pump for the washer fluid, just a rubber bellows on the floor you had to press on.
