105K Mile Tune-Up

Just got my '01 Acura 3.2CL typeS allignment adjusted and the shop had suggested that I get all kinds of stuff taken care of on my car summing up to about $1300 dollars. It included stuff like the timing belt, water pump, ac belt.... (i will post a more detailed list later with costs, i am in class right now). Just wanted to know if anyone else had gotten any of this done and if all of it was neccesary?

105k is the big one. If it hasn't been done before I would get it done. Having a timing belt snap is a no no.

105K service is an involved one...lots of stuff needs to be cleaned/replaced/etc etc
main thing would be timing belt & water pump....try to stay away from the "stealership" though & find a good reputable garage..where's your location btw??

What is the consensus of opinion on if this major service (timing belt, etc) needs to be done early. My '01 is 7.5 years old but only has 60K miles on it. I know the factory says to do at 7 years or 105K miles but would rather wait some additional time unless it is too risky. Thanks
