Hey everyone- so simple question here. I have had my car parked all winter and am now de winterizing it for spring. Before I parked it I started having issues with the clutch. Mainly in 1st gear. If I let the clutch out easily it's fine but if I start out aggressively it shudders terribly and my rpms rise but I don't gain speed. Slipping clutch or something else? Also what is dealer cost typically for a clutch? Thanks!

 

It sounds like a slipping clutch issue. How many miles do you have? Also dealer clutch replacement ranges from $1300-$1500.
