03 CL Type S - Front end noise increases w/ speed
I recently purchased my '03 CL Type S Acura certified and have had problems ever since. A few days after purchase I noticed a noise in the front end (seemed to be coming from the passenger side) that sounded like there was a problem w/ the wheel. The sound increases w/ speed - it's not a clunk - it's faint and would almost compare it to having a flat spot on the tire. I also feel a very faint vibration while driving that coinsides w/ the noise. Along w/ this the rotors were already warped w/ only 100 miles since purchase. The rotors were resurfaced twice and finally replaced (only 500 miles since purchase). Needless to say I switched dealers. The new dealer immediately rotated the tires to ensure it wasn't a tire issue - it wasn't. The rotors were warped and had to be replaced (it wasn't covered under the certified warranty so I was forced to take it back to the original dealer for them to cover the cost). So I'm back at square one - does anyone have an idea as to what this sound/vibration could be before I take back to the dealer again?! I'm concerned this could be causing the rotors to be warping! Bearings, control arm, bent frame, etc? I'm very annoyed at this point and almost want to just trash the thing...I wanted a fun, fast car that I would enjoy driving, but at this point there is nothing enjoyable about it! Any helpful input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
How many miles on it? Might be a bad CV joint, or even a motor mount.
Does it pull to 1 side?
Are the tires worn evenly?
When you said rotated, did they swap front to back or cross them?

It has 43,000 miles on it and had brand new tires put on before my purchase a month ago. It doesn't pull to one side but the sound seems to be coming from the front right...I could be wrong though. They said they just rotated front to back - not cross. Thanks for your help...so that's your assessment - CV joint or motor mount?
