'03 CL-S Driver's Power Seat motors/switch failed
Hello,
From reading the forum it looks like this is a common problem.
I have a '03 3.2CL-S @ 134,xxx and the power seat motors for moving back/forward have stopped working. It looks like the multiplex connection, switch and motors could all each be faulty.
Does anyone have a process for determining which component is faulty?
A list of PNs for this fix? Friendly place to order from?
It is easy enough to pull the driver's seat out and replace all of those components, so it is definitely not worth taking it to Acura @ 130/hour (or whatever they are up to now) and paying the premium on the parts.
I looked online for salvage seats/components and that didn't pan out either (no, I wasn't surprised)
So, since this seems to happen frequently, is there someone out there with a solution?
That would be golly gee swell!
Thanks Everyone!

Whats up with RDX owners?

Make sure the gears on the seat arent jammed. If the multiplex unit is fried, other systems would be malfunctioning as well.
