I recently did it for both sides of my '02 TL, also a Florida car, also everything brittle. I don't have the hose in front of me (I'm at work) so I can't check the dimensions, but I'd be happy to mail you a couple feet at no cost. Be advised that if you need to remove the "washer tube clip" (part no 91530-S3M-A00), go ahead and order a replacement because it will break.

95005-35008-10M [ this is a bulk hose, with no numbers printed on it]
95005=type of hose is general applications
35=3.5 mm inner diameter
008=lenght in meters
10M=Gray hose
I took this from motorcycles guides, my guess is that honda have shared parts with cars, I also checked on EPC parts catalogue and the reference ID was the same.
The whole code is described like this
