So the driver side HID bulb stopped working and i tested to see if the other bulb would work in its place and it didn't

So i'm wondering now what could be the problem and how many hundreds of dollars its going to take to fix it.

Anyone gone through this before?

 

Have LITERALLY the same problem, although I haven't tried swapping the bulbs yet. I'm looking at either ddmtuning.com or absolutehid.ca to get a kit, and just re-do it for 1/8th the price. I have a dealer job on the ballast the previous owner had done, it was about 8-1000 CAD.
