i was up in downtown davis today and i saw this cl. im wondering if it belongs to anyone in here?

front driver tire isnt even on the right side of the car ....man i really hope this guys not on the forum, and if he is, he better bring his flame suit!

 

the dual exhaust set up he had was pretty nice though. i couldnt get a pic of it cuz i was driving.

It is a shame that he put that horrible kit on such a beautiful colour. Although, I'm a little biased.

 

I seen that car before to. belongs to some fobby asian dude. I laughed at his facecasue his car was nasty and i think he got pretty mad. Oh wells, i didnt mean to be so rude but it jsut happened.

 

looks like some sort of dual N1 setup...prolly about the only thing half way decent on the car.

kit looks almost like a pinkish color, especially the side skirts. maybe its just the lighting, either way i feel bad for the cl.

 

Poor CL. Someone should do it a favor and rip the body kit off of it.

You're right to say it looks kinda sweet. That other one just have way too much wrong to get away with it.

How are those wheels? They look nice on your car. I was considering getting those for my CL.

 

If you're still considering, they're for sale, sorta. I love them. I just need the money to fund something else that's real important. But yeah, I love the wheels still. I'm still glad I bought them. The fact that they're made by Rota says a lot, as well.

 

Also, as far as I know, they're the second set sold in America.

 

Cool. I have to sell my Axis first. Watching my spending over here. Plus I have to look at more important things to spend cash on these days. I'm probably not getting any wheels til next summer.

 

Same here. I'd love to keep them, so I can change out the wheels every other week or so, but It'll do me better to sell them.

i like the rear, and the side skirts-minus the vents and cut outs, but the front?? is that to trip the lights at the end of the 1/4 mile a milisecond quicker?

I believe it's someone with a PDG. They have a carbon fiber hood too (half painted pdg).

 

What do you mean by jdm style? The CL was never made in japan.

 

yeah but it's still a honda at heart, i was refering to keeping it clean and using oem parts and not making it ricer.and instead of that contraption hanging from the bottom of his car , altho the exhaust setup isnt that bad.

 

yes i remember seeing a kit like that on hear before but after all the be got at least a few good comment for some good resson lol

 

so you're saying jdm style is ricey? and what oem parts can you put on a cl to mod it? It's not like we have an oem kit or anything....

I saw that car again at the kinkos downtown two nights ago. Maybe he works there?

 

i have a pinstripe on my car as well. it's hiding a huge key mark down half of the passanger side. i had to do it. i can't afford a good fix now.
